It is easier to work in pairs or in group because the participants can help each other understand and complete the task, and together they will reach the goal faster.
We are unique. We are different. Everybody has an opinion, a choice, and a point of vision. We all matter, and our differences matter too, but we must not forget that there are other people, who can need our help. We must not forget about humanity, helping people, and not considering yourself the best, and the rest the worst. Our humanity matter way more, and we must remember this.
