in formal letter you can not use short forms of verbs and it is really easy. You have to start with:„ Dear Sir/ Madame, I write to you to ask about study holidays for young people.” After that you can describe yourself speaking about what you like, your hobbies and other things. Then you can start to ask question about what you want to know. It is really simple. My advice: Write this latter in Romanian then translate into English. It is much easy in this way.
