V-ați întors recent de la o vacanță organizată de Sun Travel. Sărbătorirea nu a fost un succes: ați avut o serie de probleme. Scrieți o scrisoare de plângere Serviciilor Clienți la Sun Trvael, inclusiv următoarele informații:
- scurte detalii despre vacanta pe care ați rezervat-o
- o descriere a ceea ce a mers prost
- o explicație a modului în care te-a afectat
- o cerere de compensare

Dear Sun Travel, 
I was in San Antonio, America, to see my favorite NBA ( National Basketball Association) team play in the finals with all costs covered by you! I was roomed in a 2 person room at the GREAT DUKE Hotel in the center of the city! It was pretty beautiful until I ordered something from the room service! Then I was called back and told that they don't have anything from my order! I said that i don't want to order any more but  they still brang me some food! BUT I DIDNT WANTED!!!
At night they called my phone like 17 times saying that I programed an morning alarm! I think that they confused my room phone number with anothers person! They ware very annoying!!! I was sleepy all day!! AND ANGERED! I want another vacation with the costs covered by you and, HOPEFULLY, it won't be that exausted! Thanks for reading!!!
