Firstly, a builder, is a strong man. He has to carry every day lots of things. I assume they are smart people too. They are very carefull when they work. Their job is not an easy one. They work so hard in the middle of the day, when the sun is not so friendly. But, they don't have a problem with that. Unfortunately, their salaries are not as much as they diserve to be for their work.
