Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to complain about the trouble I was put through while trying to use your services. I am talking about the Flower Photo Studio that's currently established in Bucharest.
First, of all, when I got there with my bride to take our wedding pictures, we were specifically told that the price of taking the photos is 70£. Apparently, that didn't actually include receiving the photos. We were charged a whooping extra 120£ to receive them on DVD.
Secondly, I believe that what we were put through on our wedding day is absolutely unacceptable. 120£ is a lot of money. I do not wish to take further legal action against your company, but I demand a full refund and, unless I receive it, I will be forced to do so.
I am waiting to receive your response and I hope that you will be kind and understanding enough to solve this issue the right way.
