So there is NO maker of ghosts. They are dead people. Yes, they are dead people. And they came back from the sky to haunt. Some of them are here for revenge.. But some of them are here to scare people. They usally haunt the houses and curse them. Or people! They usually haunt the kids to scare they. So that was all about the ghosts.
